With one EP entitled Smile—which sold around 500 copies—under his belt, Alex Ray is overflowing with ideas and goals. An anticipated second EP is in the works. Backed by some musician friends and his guitar professor, Alex Ray is excited about its completion. Trying not to follow typical chord structure or standard tunings while incorporating writing "a rock song one day and then turn around and writing a piano ballad the next." Alex Ray is creating a sound all his own.
