 Office just finished an album called The Silent Parade, which will be released in January 2009. They'll probably release a single or something in the fall. Office made its national presence known in 2006, and they now enjoy hiding out in obscurity, making sure their MySpace page is super boring to look at, working on solo records, cooking, building better homes, and planting weedier gardens. While the majority weave their forgettable MP3s through the tastemaker cache system, Office is proud of their own homegrown, all-inclusive genre: jihad surf. They've discovered that there are, indeed, people pacing the constellations in search of sounds more grandiose than the typical DJ smash-up, or modern rock snore session.
